A complete session consists of up to 5.5 hours of services. This includes:

🌿Up to 1 hour of advance preparations based on your pre-session intake questionnaire, research and intuition.

🌿Up to 2 hours of your time which includes: up to 45 min Reiki (Biofield Energy Healing) Therapy and up to 75 min post-Reiki debrief and Wellness Plan discussion

🌿Up to 2 hours for creation of a comprehensive post-Reiki session report and personalized, step-by-step Wellness Plan, which you will receive within 3-5 business days.

🌿One 30 minute follow up phone or Zoom call, within 1 month of the session.

🌿A Reiki principles poster or similar gift.

Holistic, practical, and heartfelt learning experiences for community groups, schools, and workplace wellness programs.

Workshops average 2 hrs. and include helpful handouts to extend the experience.
